This is a waterfront cabin on Brasstown Creek with small rapids, creating peaceful sounds heard from the entire property. It sleeps 10 people (most comfortably 6 adults max). It is 5 minutes from Lake Chatuge where you can rent boats. Less than 5 minutes to wineries and golfing.
This cabin features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed and daybed with an attached full bathroom with jetted tub. Also on the main floor, is a guest bedroom with a twin (best suited for children) loft over a queen bed with beautiful views of the creek. Downstairs you will find the second guest room. This room has a queen bed, and a daybed with a trundle. There is a full bathroom downstairs, with private access from the guest room, along with a separate entrance from the downstairs living space.
Downstairs is a perfect for extra entertaining space. There is a large smart TV and a ping pong table. We provide tons of board games and cards. Connected to this room is the garage which also has a basketball game, cornhole, putting green, and foosball.
There is a fully stocked upscale kitchen, linens provided, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. There is both a keurig and drip coffee maker. There is both a gas and charcoal grill. You will need to bring your own charcoal if using the charcoal grill.
Outside is wonderful for entertaining! There is over 1,000 square feet of deck space. You can hear the rushing water from any place on the entire property. Enjoy your coffee on the deck, looking at and listening to the water down below. There is over one acre of private land on the water. The yard is nice and flat by the water, and also features a flagstone patio and firepit directly on the water. There are steps to get down into the creek which is perfect for playing in! We do not provide firewood, but there is plenty of wood on the property you may use.
There is a large, 7 seater hot tub on the bottom deck. Also on the bottom deck is an outdoor TV and bar top overlooking the water. Perfect for watching football games outside in the fall!
There is also a small tiny house created just for kids. There are books, games and toys inside the tiny house.
It is 5 minutes from Lake Chatuge where you can rent boats. It is also very close to golfing, wineries, restaurants, hiking, whitewater rafting, and more.
**PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO BOOKING**
Prior to booking, you must let us know how many people will be present at the house, specifying adults and children. Our minimum age of renting is 23 years old.
**Dogs are allowed but must have a pre approval prior to booking. There is a max of two dogs and there is a $75 pet fee per pet*** We do provide dog bowls and an XL dog crate.
We do provide a high chair and plenty of kid toys and books.
